Cristle Gayle Odsinada

Gayle Odsinada is a Senior Manager at Ruder Finn Atteline, based in Manila, where she leads the Manila CoE team and collaborates with colleagues across the UAE and KSA to strengthen operations and client support.

As the team evolves into a Center of Excellence (CoE), she focuses on developing specialist expertise, expanding service capabilities, and driving operational excellence. Her areas of specialization include process improvement, knowledge management, technology enablement, and operational strategy. Gayle also contributes to the Tech Lab by identifying and implementing tools and platforms that enhance client delivery, and supports new business initiatives by improving workflows.

With over a decade of experience in IT support and four years in public relations, Gayle brings a technology-driven approach to communications operations. Her background spans systems support and workflow optimization, enabling teams to deliver efficient, high-quality support across multiple client accounts.

In 2026, Gayle was recognized as Team Leader of the Year for her leadership and commitment to continuous improvement. Known for her collaborative and solution-oriented approach, she is passionate about helping teams work more effectively and driving meaningful improvements. Outside of work, Gayle enjoys being a mom and spending quality time with her family.
