The Executive Training Program (ETP) is Ruder Finn’s in MENA, designed to build the next generation of communications professionals across the region. Modelled on Ruder Finn’s long-running global Executive Training Program in the United States, the KSA program brings nearly of global experience into a locally tailored format.

Anchored in Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, it focuses on building skills, employability, and the creative economy amongst the youth, while connecting participants to global standards and opportunities not only across KSA but also the wider MENA region.

Program structure and experience

Students participate in a structured curriculum that blends theory with practice, which is delivered by Ruder Finn experts from Saudi Arabia, the wider MENA region, and global offices. The experience includes workshops, case studies, and hands-on project briefs that mirror real-life client challenges, with a focus on applying global best practices and regional market context.​

Pathways to employment and growth

The Executive Training Program is designed as an introduction to the profession, not a standalone course, grounded in structured learning, mentorship, and real-world exposure to the communications industry. Outstanding participants are recognized at a closing awards ceremony and considered for roles within the Ruder Finn MENA office.

The program’s primary focus is on equipping participants with practical skills, professional guidance, and industry context. By running the KSA program annually, the program becomes a sustained commitment to investing in and empowering ambitious local students, providing access to Ruder Finn’s global network, tools, and long-term professional pathways.
