Niño Gadingan is a New Business Operations Manager at Ruder Finn Atteline where he oversees new business operations across Dubai, KSA, and Manila. His duties include sales pipeline management, proposal coordination, client onboarding, compliance support, learning and development and process improvement.
With over 10 years of experience in public relations, government communications, digital marketing, journalism, and crisis management, Niño brings a strategic, operational, and AI-ready approach to business growth. His experience in automation workflows helps improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support smarter collaboration across teams.
Prior to his current role, he worked as a PR Manager for government agencies and elected officials in the Philippines while also supporting SME brands in brand communications, social media strategy, and reputation management. He also works as a freelance journalist covering public affairs, politics, and regional stories.
Niño holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication. He is also a Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary Lieutenant, team-building facilitator, influencer, content creator, and Executive Organizer and Producer of the 1st Ilocandia Content Creators Conference 2024.
