Yhazmine Claire Laylo

Yhazmine Laylo is a People and Operations Executive at Ruder Finn Atteline, supporting the Manila, Dubai, and KSA teams across people operations, HR administration, recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day office coordination.

Her role focuses on creating efficient people processes, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding and recruitment, coordinating employee initiatives, and helping ensure smooth operations across the business. She is particularly passionate about creating a positive employee experience while bringing structure and consistency to HR and operational processes.

With a background in Psychology and experience across HR and recruitment, Yhazmine has developed a well-rounded understanding of people management and workplace operations. Her earlier experience in the food business also gave her valuable exposure to fast-paced environments, team coordination, and day-to-day business operations.

Outside of work, Yhazmine enjoys activities that involve teamwork, leadership, and community. She was previously a basketball team captain, an experience that strengthened her leadership and collaboration skills. She has also held a pageant title, reflecting her confidence in communication and connecting with people. She brings the same people-first and team-oriented mindset to her work at Ruder Finn Atteline.
