She focuses on recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations, helping cultivate a supportive, high-performing workplace across all offices.
With eight years at the agency, Lovely has progressed from administrative assistant to a trusted leader, having held both client-facing and back-end roles that give her a deep understanding of the business. As the agency’s first overall hire, she now leads recruitment across the UAE, Manila, and KSA markets, ensuring the team attracts and retains talent that supports its continued growth.
Lovely has played a key role in building and expanding the Manila office while contributing to the broader agency’s development. She is a recipient of the David Finn Culture and Collaboration Award (2024) and the Employee Happiness Champion award, recognizing her commitment to culture, collaboration, and employee wellbeing.
