With over 20+ years of experience, Radhika Mehta is a senior communications and business leader with deep expertise in growth, operations, integrated communications, and strategic storytelling. She currently serves as EVP, Group Growth and Operations at Ruder Finn MENA, where her focus is on driving business performance, strengthening teams, and building the structures that enable both people and clients to grow with greater clarity and impact.

Her role sits at the intersection of growth and operations; shaping how the business scales, how talent is developed, and how client partnerships deepen over time. With a strong belief that sustainable growth comes from both strong people and strong systems, Radhika works closely across teams to strengthen capability, improve ways of working, and create an environment where both employees and client relationships can thrive.

Over the course of her career, she has worked across a wide range of sectors including corporate, lifestyle and fashion, tourism and travel, automotive, technology, FMCG, education, and media and entertainment. Her international exposure and experience managing cross-border campaigns have made her a trusted advisor to brands and teams alike, helping craft narratives, partnerships, and integrated solutions that deliver both reputational and commercial value.

Radhika has led and contributed to several international, award-winning campaigns, with work and agencies recognised by PR Week Asia, SABRE South Asia & APAC, and Campaign Asia, including acknowledgment among leading women achievers in PR. Alongside her corporate leadership journey, she is also an entrepreneur, having founded two ventures in the events, marketing, and hospitality sectors.

She holds an MBA with a specialisation in Luxury Marketing and Communication and has also served as a faculty professor for Public Relations at the University of Mumbai. She is actively involved in industry platforms and currently serves with PRCA MENA as Vice Chair leading the Equity and Inclusion Committee, reflecting her commitment to building a stronger, more progressive, and more inclusive communications industry.
