Bianca Riley

Bianca Riley is the General Manager at RF Thunder and Ruder Finn Atteline.
With both boutique and international agency experience, Bianca brings global best practice to brands in the region to bolster communications and protect brand reputation. Bianca was awarded the Rising Star award in 2021 with the PRCA MENA and was listed on Campaign’s PR Faces to Watch in 2020 and 2021. Bianca is also certified by The LightHouse Arabia in Adult-to-Adult Mental Health First Aid.
She was shortly thereafter appointed as the Chair of its NextGen Committee, which was established by the PRCA with the aim of providing mentoring and networking opportunities for young PR professionals, advising them on how to navigate the industry landscape and their careers by senior, experienced professionals. She also volunteered her time on the PRCA MENA’s People and Culture Committee, where she worked with likeminded professionals to guide corporate culture in the PR industry across the Middle East and North Africa.
She currently also works as the Social Impact & Sustainability lead for the agency, spearheading its focus and growth in sustainable communications, in line with the UNSDGs.
